Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a new email box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply select the mailbox account you want to forward mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
